Who handles your information?

Enquiries

We collect your name, email, optional phone number, postcode, town and the project information you submit. We use it to answer your request and discuss possible next steps. Our basis is taking steps at your request before a possible service arrangement, and our legitimate interests in running a secure enquiry service. We do not use an enquiry as permission to send unrelated marketing.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are saved securely with our website hosting provider, OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare. Resend processes email notifications and Google Workspace stores our business correspondence. Providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable transfer safeguards.

Installer introductions

We do not automatically forward enquiries to installers. Before any introduction, we explain who would receive your information and ask you to agree. You can decline. The appointed installer is responsible for its own use of information and must provide its own privacy information.

Retention

We normally keep an unconverted enquiry and related correspondence for up to six months after the last contact. Older website enquiries are removed as part of routine maintenance. If a separate contract, complaint or legal obligation requires longer retention, we keep only the necessary records.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request a restriction where applicable. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Do not put sensitive personal information or payment details in the enquiry form.

Cookies and security

We do not add advertising cookies or analytics. The hosting platform may use authentication cookies for restricted access and process technical request details. We use a shortened retention period for hashed network identifiers to help limit form abuse. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.
